One of the first if not THE first to race a '59 850 Mini (PHL 282) , quite a nice little biog there half way down the pages with some interesting entry lists further on ! Whizzo bought his Downton Moggy off him in 1959, apparently Peter was in bed with a broken leg and Barrie jumped up and down on it until he got the price down. :lol:

Jesus!

That whole programme brought a few old memories back!

The only reason my Dad wasn't competing at that event was that it was my 4th Birthday.

Time flies when you are having fun doesn't it.
