Hi all,

Do any of you know what the L at the end of some bodynumbers mean??

My guess for Left hand drive, was not right, as John Parnell told me he had seen many

British Mini,s with a L.
I then thought it meant Longbridge? but was told this was not it :?

So now I ask you guys :?: what does it mean ??

The Innocenti's have a letter on the front panel which dictates which country the car was built, you would think that the 'L' would indicate something similar, be interesting to see if anyone knows.

It is a common mistake to forget the "L" on fake cars.Should remain a secret?

The L on my bodynumber is not the year, as my friends car is a different year,
and his car also has a L, but the ones without the L, has a extra digit :?:
