Looks to be in a reasonable condition and a good base to start with. It's a shame that the bulkhead has rotted out the way it has and as already stated in the other thread it would be prudent to replace rather than patch.
Nice to see a local car staying in the area as well.

isn't it strange how the bulkhead has rotted so badly in such an area, but everywhere has escaped!
