I am currently restoring my 850 super deluxe, can anyone help with the front bulkhead. should I try and repair it and make a repair section, or try and source this area from another mini. The bulkhead is all right every where else so dont want buy a whole front bulkhead. Any suggestion or help please.

I've got that section for you in Norway if you need it. Postage might be a killer....

That is a difficult area to repair properly and the rust looks quite bad.
Rust will be bad in the seams and expect the bulkhead cross member to be gone behind the inner wing brace.
I am de rusting the bulkhead on my car at the moment, everything needs unpicking one panel at a time then repair sections can be decided on. It can be done if you have enough time. Once its all apart I find it easier to concentrate on one small area at a time, its far less daunting that way I find. Mine was not as rusty as yours in the pic and I have been working on that area for months one day a week.
Sorry for the bad news.. unless like me you enjoy that sort of work.
