Where does this bonnet comes from?

I have two of them ( one in metal, one made of glass fiber), but I haven't foud any dealer marks.

Do you have any idea?

Mike Nesmith's 67 Radford LHD which had a version of thru-flow ventilation.

That pic was in CAR magazine in early '68, it has been discussed several times on here...
