TIP

I run this along a straight piece of alloy and warm it up gently to make it straight

Works a treat and makes it easier to handle

pad, great advice, I have a jig formed in the shape of an arch on which I form pieces to go on gp2 arches , I also have a straight jig for the sills, and as you say pre-forming works a treat, the stuff I have is just so hard and brittle it wont form even with a hot air gun, as soon as air gest to it when it has been pre-heated it just goes hard straight away, this other stuff I have is really malleable and works perfect with the hot air gun,

graham, don't think it is that either, call in at weekend and I will show you what I am banging on about
