1969 Clubman window sticker

Hi, bit of a strange one, a friend of mine has a genuine 1969 clubman and has been told that they came with a special sticker in the rear window, but we are unable to track down any pictures of one, can anybody shed any light on this, and if possible has any pictures of one?
