In a 1962 Morris Mini Minor Deluxe what is the paint color of the small review mirror and mirror steady?

Black crackle finish.

Was just the steady crackle or was the mirror crackle also?

Both of them, crackle straight onto the back of the glass, you will have to be careful not to heat the glass to much when getting the paint to go off.
