Hi got the chance of a 1974 clubman estate, been stored for 20 years, going to view it tomorrow, but unsure of value even if its a rust bucket which it probably is
how much is it worth
and is it worth restoring to a reasonable standard?? ,to make a return

value is difficult, a mate of mine just sold a brown "81 mini 1000 for £675, it was utter sh@@e, engine out , trim missing, no headlights, proper ripe in the usual places, if you can sort a price out that you are happy with against the condition of the car I would go for it and do a restoration , think its worth saving the cluby estates

Be nice to stick a round nose front on, woody the back and build a Traveller replica

I'd have a Clubman Estate in a second, its probably the only clubman I would have. Rarer than a rare thing over here, I have only ever seen one.

And by far the best looking front for the estate / van body
Its much more "in balance" with the square shaped rear end, than the small round nose.
Here in Denmark are they also rare.

I'm all about the Clubman estates.
Prices on them seem to have been going up recently and a rusty one will fetch £500 easily.
One day I'll finish mine.

Uh oh, it seems to be developing double vision, I think it might have caught something from Jens' car.

managed to get some time to myself today, between jobs.Had a look at the clubman estate unfortunately it is a basket case
but complete and original, one owner, and low mileage, shame, total restoration needed, and not a viable project,as far as business is concerned,If anyone on here interested, this could be still available

I heard if you've got quad headlights blonde models start hanging off your car. It's got to be worth a go.
