Yes, the "Wild Card" book is great!
What I actually ask myself for quite some time is: How many of those Vortz Minis are left in Great Britain?
Seems to me, that nearly all of those now reside in Japan!? (The entries at the Vortz Page on Facebook seem just to substantiate this...)

Vortz were the kick up the bum that Rover needed (via John Cooper) to reintroduce the Mini Cooper in 89/90. Such a shame Rover's end result was sooooo watered down. (heads for the bunker). The Vortz book is chok full of great period ads, most of which I have to admit I'd not seen before.
I still want some Vortz wheels if anyone ever claps eyes on any.

According the the FB page Nick still has some un machined ones. I'd hate to think what they're worth.

Got my 'The Wild Card' book about Vortz book this week, did not know it was that lage.
A lot to read and plenty pictures to look at, love it.
