Yes I would also like to know . I have posted pics on the forum before but I find for some reason that if I've focused in on a object I will have no luck in posting that pic . It seems to say when trying to load pic that its exceeded message size . If I don't focus in and stand back then I have no problem . I'm also not to good on the computer or Internet so would need this explaining step by step . Sorry if it sounds like I need a computer lesson on a mini forum . Nice to know I'm not the only one

Avatar size. Maximum dimensions; width: 90 pixels, height: 90 pixels, file size: 19.53 KiB.

In you picture software you should be able to resize an image to the required size. What software are you using?

Your avatar image needs to be 90x90 pixels, maximum file size is after editing can be no larger than 19.53 KiB.

Just a heads up for other analog folks living in this digital world....I'm also not so good with this 'pewter stuff..... The pic resizer worked as advertised but now my "home page" is defaulting to "connect" and everything I've tried so far hasn't been able to get rid of it.....
I'll get my kid to stop by in a day or two to straighten it out.

Normally with Windows all you have to do is right click the image, choose 'open with...picture manager' and you're off. Make a copy of the photo before you reduce the size !

Probably just need to reset the homepage address in your internet browser.......with many downloads you need to be careful to untick other free things which you don't want included in the download.
