Cooper S wheels (and presumably brakes too). There's a photo of this van outside the (5 David Rd) unit in Phil Kerr's book, same wheels.
Tyrell also had a Cooper S braked Mini van, which I subsequently took the front brakes off for my 998 Cooper around 67/68.

It turns out the McLaren test mule Mini Van was previously the Brabham works parts delivery car, too.
The car's mechanicals were later used in a TiCi kit car that survives - still unbuilt - in the USA.
