I'm not too sure but the one of the neighbours has been firing Minis out of a cannon.

Ahh yes that is Mini Mail! There are quite a few Minis buried like that around the place!

And yes - Mini Mail are still going strong as far as I know - http://www.minimail.co.uk/ They are in west Gloucestershire which isn't too far from South Wales so maybe that's what you were thinking of?

Tim's rebuilt most of them by now
