Is there any way I can repair the drivers side seat hinge with a rivet like this one on the near side ?

Drill it out and fit a new rivet? Riveting the old fashioned way is reasonably simple but you need the correct tools, a rivet set and stake, and of course the correct sized rivet.

Otherwise fit a nut and bolt, its not like you can see down there easily.

Thanks for that Tim.
Well I drilled them out like you said and on the last one I snapped the drill. So I ended up using the broken smooth end of the drill bit, cut it to size and fitted a chrome cap on each end.
ps These do not come apart once fitted, so be accurate when cutting the bit.

They look like the ones for the end of the indicator arm.

I got mine from ebay originally to repair a pram wheel.

Cool, thanks for the link.

They looked simelar, but I think 12mm is too small for the indicator arm.
