1968 Mk2 Full restoration Value

Hi,
It really does break my heart having to write this but I've unfortunately been messed about with the work on my shell and at the moment don't have the time and motivation to sort it out and its such a shame for it to be sitting around doing nothing.
The Mini is a genuine 1968, I am the third owner on the logbook and have the history of all logbooks issued and also have a Heritage certificate confirming all the details. It has its Vin, Commission and body tags all in the right places.
It needs extensive restoration but the upside is with the car pretty much all the panels are there for the job, this includes a
Heritage complete boot floor,
Complete M machine floor panels front to back,
Heritage companion box closing panels,
Heritage wings and a front panel,
complete new A panels consisting of the inners and outers.
Genuine scuttle and Heelboard both Heritage,
Heritage rear lower hinge panel,
door bottom repair,
genuine Heritage door skin,
The list is endless but pretty much every panel needed is there to go with the car and I've probably missed loads out
It also comes with a spare set of M1/2 doors, the original 850 engine, extremely hard to find genuine MK2 Tartan Red front seats it would have had originally and a few of the trim like rear seat cover, door cards etc Original front Hydrolastic frame is also there
I know from the pictures it looks bad but I have seen much worse, the front panel is a bit bent at the top when its been winched onto a trailer etc
Any ideas on approximate value considering everything it comes with? I've probably forgotten loads of things but what comes to mind is I have the original badges in the Austin format which are also hard to find, this could potentially make a very good original restoration if the new owner wanted to go that way.
Thanks
