The Kileen K7 - A curious 'might have been' perhaps, and no doubt never built, but Kileen built some really interesting cars - some horrifically ugly, others glorious. Similar in many many ways to Marcos at the same time
I was involved in the sale of the Frasier Imp based K9 in about 2002, and found this article on the web the other day. Needless to say, a copy of the 'Motor' magazine is on it's way to me already. The K9 chassis and body were beautifully made - like a spindly miura.
Hard to say from the schematic, but I think it's engne is Mini /1100 based, (though it might look like a front mounted exhaust?, but that could just be the draftsman's error, it could be plug leads!)
My guess is Rochdale Olympic glass, maybe ?
Love the mirrors for headlamps and temperature activated radiator opening.
Will post a scan of the article if it provides any further details.
