You need to download them onto your computer from the photoStream, then host them on a website such as villagephotos. Once there you can link to them.
You can't upload them directly I'm afraid.

If you are using Photobucket as your photo sharing programme, you can download the Photobucket Iphone app.
Then you can upload your Iphone photos onto your Photobucket account.
When you use your PC, you can upload photos to forum.
