That's Michelle Burns Crieg who raced in a Bill Borrowman (Sports Tune) car. I've got a colour photo of her in it at Goodwood. Not sure it was a real registration though !!

that race car on the freeway is a scarab f1 car. the picture is taken near the riverside international raceway. the car still exists and is displayed at the riverside raceway museum...check out their website.
