My Nov the 18th 1961 mini has FE number 4801 seems short but that's it.
Anyone ?

That is very short for a November 1961 car.

Here is a pic.
Car has non recessed screen surrounds and large steel type grommets in the floor.
Must have lay around before registration in Scotland .

Was the car registered in November 1961 or built in November 1961?

Do you have photographs of the gutters and front gutter corners and the floors? Do you have a chassis number? PM if you don't want it public or just the first few numbers and if it's a 4 or 5 digit number.

Ps that is actually ancient sawdust on the roof although it looks like rust!
Shell is quite good other than floors.
