I know this is a lot of miles from God's own County - Yorkshire, or even the UK but is anyone going to the Mini Owners Club Queensland 'Mini Muster' tomorrow? Anita and I will be there in her Mk3 MG Midget and we'll be looking for parts for my early '61 Morris 850. We hope to also meet up with friends for what looks to be a promising day. Swapmeet opens at 06.00hrs....!!!!

I`ll be there for breaky (Bacon & eggs breakfast)
My stall will just have 2x sports sedan minis & one Lovely little grey Wagon
Every year (since the born of time) i`ve had a stall & stayed at the stall all day, selling stuff & talking crap all day so i`ve never been able to wander around to have a look at all the minis,,, (start the violin music now) the 3 days work it takes sorting out all the crap & carrying & unloading & selling all day & then loading it all back up again , just to have to unload it all back home & put it all away again is just too damn much for me this year,,, so i`m effectively having the day off for once
so,,, i`ll be walking around, chatting & gorking & generally being a std issue civilian for once
I`m the one wearing the white "MiniMan" T-shirt with the red woody wagon print , lets catch up Mr Boldry & i may be able to sort you out with some bits for your mini

BUGGER....! Just got back in Mat and read your post. We were there in a Red MG Midget.
I did manage to buy one or two bits for the 850 and I was delighted with some 'special tools' that I managed to find.
Did you see the very early Morris 850 on the back of a truck in the corner? It sold for $3000. I believe mine to be in much better and more original condition than that but it was great to see another early car.
Sorry we didn't meet, but I did enjoy my bacon and egg sarnie....
