Speedwell gauges

Hi all,

Does anybody have a suitable and tidy solution for fitting auxilliary gauges? I quite like the minimal dash but would really like to add some of the other Speedwell gauges I have in my collection. I have a Speedwell 3 gauge 'pod' but it is quite large and boxy so was wondering what else others have done as i am not sure it would suit the plain Mk1 dash arrangement???

Cheers Martin

Here's a pic of my Speedwell vacuum and amp gauges installed in a Smiths twin instrument bracket, painted with crackle black paint.

I like the first set up as i think that is very subtle and will suit the relatively plain standard MkI dash arrangement.

Many thanks for posting some pictures!

The pod i have is to sit on the dash shelf (i think?) but i am trying to avoind filling that space up really if at all possible, so your layout looks ideal. Just got to work out which gauges to fit now....
