Fuel cap ID

Does anyone know this type of fuel cap?
I've got a modern(ish) fuel cap with the same PJ initials on the key.
The cap keyhole doesn't have a cover like yours though.
I bought mine, brand new, at least 12 years ago.
The "J" stands for "JOURNEE"
