A bit expensive! Don't think it will sell at that money. You could buy a nice one with a little more £.

expensive but is it really that expensive by today standards ??.

Considering an air cleaner "wing nut" can sell for £27.60

I think the cars claim to fame "curse of the crimson alter" will induce some interest as car's with history are always more appealing to those with deep pockets.

I think it is expensive for what you are getting, but I also feel sure that in a couple of years time it will not look that expensive.

The engine does look like a 1300GT or 1275S unit to me too.

Its also an identical colour scheme to the Radford AA 1000, which was been filmed for another series in the same year. :?: :?:

Chassis number on that paper is MA2[S]4-886728 this is wrong for a Cooper unless it is a conversion. It does seem to have seats, bumpers, carbs and other indications of being a Cooper, but no chrome side window surrounds or brake booster.
Am I missing something?

Looking at the log book it does look like MA2S4, but it is also Grey & white, registered as 998cc, with a cooper engine number, boot brackets Cooper trim etc. I can't really see if the door chromes are there or not.

I would suspect from the pics supplied that it's a straight car that has a booboo on the log book.

Can't be certain without looking at it for real though.

Upon careful study, I retract my previous supposition and now think that what looks like an "M" is really a "K". Numbers are therefore correct.
