Wow, that is amazing! How did you get the manifold to look like that :o ?

Also, do you have the hydro hoses redone somehow? The joints look mint! 8-)

Another good example on why people will pay extra for NOS parts.

That repro one looks very poor, compared to the original BMC part.

Your car looks fantastic 8-)

well done.

I sandblasted the manifold and I painted it with a special heatproof paint made by "restom" a french brand,

I bought the brand new hydro hoses at minispares and I repainted the hydrolastic displacer bag, It perfectly works,

I love Hydrolastic suspension!!

I made a photo for you of my workshop/home

You can see my 1293 car (my first mini), my mk1, my father's 1967 moke, and his 1969 cooper mk2,

Thank you so much for your comments,

Anyone has a photo of the original mk1/2 jack bag?

I still have the original lifting jack, but I have a repro jack bag from newton commercial,

It's good quality but a little bit to large I think

Thank you

Thank you so much,

I think you have exactly the same car as my dad.. lol

Image

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

My dad used to have a cooper S mk2,

But one day 2 years ago, I was driving the car and it's exploded,

Tanks was on fire..

with my brother we decided to offer a 998 cooper to my father, to replace the cooper S,

The only real cooper that we find, was this cooper, she used to have a lot of filler but we restaured it too..but she has all her numbers, and her original engine

Thank you very much Olivier

A lot of work done on both cars,

The mk2 cooper is at Adrien's workshop, we are changing the sill panel, which was full of filler and other stuff..

"SFR automobile"... thank you

What about your 66 cooper? have you ever drive in the snow this year?
