my new table ornament

saw this languishing in a box of crap at a local autojumble, a halda taxi meter, had to have it, strip down , clean and mounted on a base, what a lovely ornament 
, the big wheel changes the fare and starts and stops the unit,a large tap shaped handle winds it up, it tick is a brilliant method of getting me to sleep at night,
