Footrest

Does anybody make a footrest for the driver's left foot on a RHD car? I was thinking of making one but someone might have saved me the effort.

Bryan Purves does one. See:

I have a "new" one for sale if you're interested. I.e trial fitted but otherwise not used. Be aware though that it isn't cheap.
