Weber manifold

Hi All, any one recognise the make of this Weber manifold, not one I have seen before VF stamped in the middle?

The 707 prefix makes me think it is something that was done at Coventry Exp Engines dept.
Could it possibly be something like the manifold that was used on the Metro challenge cars or something similar?
