Disk Brake Pads

I am converting my Single Leading Shoes to Cooper 7 inch disks. The brake calipers are 998s verses the earlier 997s. That being said, what disk pads should I use (Brand, Part #)?

Have you ever driven a 998 Cooper? I have two cars with the 998 7" set up and I think they're fine. No servo, so to stop quicker, press harder!RidingLow wrote:Wouldn't bother with 7" disc set up waste of time twin leading shoe is a much better IMO

The very best set up twin leading drums would be on a parr, but most drums have issues, adjusters are a poor design in my opinion.
