rusty floors in Mk2 Cooper

Hi all, I want to replace thefront floors in my 1968 Cooper, they are not att all bad but rather than patch the two small rusty areas, one each side , I want do do a better job. can you just change the fllor wells , or do you have to change the whole front section including the trannmission tunnel,and where is the best place to get them please?
