Need help purchasing an ebay item

Does anyone live near the following location and willing to help me with this ebay transaction?
"Northampton 16 Greenfield Avenue NN3 2AA .. my Workshop is in Wellingborough NN8 6BS"
The seller doesn't like paypal and only accepts cash. I can send money to the person who is willing to help via paypal. In addition, I will need the item posted to the US.
This is the last gauge that I need for my car.
