got the heritage certificate back for my 64 elf. it appears, body and roof colouirs have been changed, interior isnt the correct colour, the engine isnt the right number and the body build number doesnt tally. cack. sold a lemon after all. :(

Seriously, I wouldn't worry mate. So many of the early cars have had most things changed at least once. There is also of course the possibility that the certificate / records are wrong (although this is unlikely).

You have still bought yourself a cracking little car.

On the bright side, now you can fit a turbocharger and not be worried about originality. :D

that is true. dont know if i can be bothered with 2 turbo conversions though. ha ha it does mean i can fettle a little bit now. just need to swap the exhaust and fit the 12g295 head im getting tweaked. should be a little flier.
