Am I putting it in the right way.??

It must be about 30 years since I watched a guy ream new bushes into some trailing arms for me.
So 30 years later I am fortunate??? enough to own my own Churchill reamer and guide and about to rebuild a pair of rear arms.
Problem is, I am not 100% sure of the correct insertion method with regards as to what end goes where etc.
The guide will only fit in the bearing end and is a nice snug fit. Common sense tells me that the reamer should be inserted from the bearing end.
Am I setting it up the correct way.?? Confirmation gladly received gents.
