oselli cylinder head

good evening. i am an avid mini fan and own several minis at present. i was going through some parts that i have which have become surplus, as most owners i am a collector of mini parts!
anyway when looking through some big vavle cylinder heads i came across one that i believe has been modded by oselli engineering.
a quick glance and it looks to have big valves, worked chambers, double valve springs, its very nicely ported. the casting is an early 9 stud 12g940
near to the thermostat is stamped OE 73 240
the head looks to be in fairly good condition. it looks to be painted (maybe original) a blueish/green colour.
i picked it up several years ago from an old chap clearing out some a series performance parts. when i got it home i re oiled the machined faces, which has preserved the head. i didnt really notice the markings at the time
anyway, i guess what im looking for is more details on this spec head. does anyone know what the original spec was when worked, when it would have been roughly done etc?
also does this head have any value?
i hope someone here can shed some light on this item
many thanks, dan
