I have to buy 5 tyres for my 3.5 S rims. What do I go for?
145R10 Falken Sincera £150
145R10 Camac £160
145R10 Dunlop Aquajets £447-50
Any comments on this would be great. Am I missing out on any other options/better prices?

Hi Nev
Iv'e got Falkens on my 4.5s for EBJ and they really look the part. Obviously if you have the cash and want originality for AKY? then the Aquajets would be great.

I would go for the dunlops in a heart beat Tim only for the price, it's mad money! how hard can it be to make those Aquajets ?

Not hard at all Nev if you have the tread pattern tooling but just like everything in the restoration game lets cash in on retro!! I see now, Somerfords are reproducing crimped exhausts for £399 per system!!

Yes I saw that with the few that went through eBay for big money they thought there was money to be made! Can't beat the RC 40 in my world

Funny that. I visited them last year and they had an unused crimped back box in a corner for 15 quid! It now sits proudly in the rear of my Beach Car.
If money is no object, the Aquajets look ace on Coopers. Between Camacs and Falkens, I would go for the Camacs, for that period look. They also give a wonderfully light steering.

Elsewhere I have seen that Vredestein will be releasing a 145R10 soon, if you search for it various furrin language sites list this tire as a Sprint Classic, whatever that may be. Over here, Coker sells something called a Kingstire 145R10 for $65...

They look like Regals to me (RST110 or something like that iirc)
I had some of these on my clubman estate and I'd like to get hold of some more.
