I have just purchased this one owner car with matching numbers a genuine 14300 mileage It was a barn find and hasn't been driven since 1976. When it left the factory it went to Speedwell for the Graham Hill spec upgrades which include restall seats engine upgrades such as cylinder head camshaft and twin HS4 carbs plus improved brakes and suspension better manifold and Big Max twin exhaust, alloy wheels original service history and original keys.

I am looking at a nut and bolt proffessional restoration to concours.

I am not loking to sell the car but does anyone know what it's value could be at the end of it?

great looking car, this used to belong to a forum member, there is a thread on here somewhere.

its almost a shame to have to loose the patina that it has, i quite like the scruffy look it has.

Hi Mick & welcome. Based on what a high end Mk 1 1275 Cooper S makes relatively easily (£25-30k) and what basic unrestored Mk 1 Minis seem to make (everybody heard about the £40k for 8th oldest unrestored!!!) I wouldn't be surprised if an avid collector pays £50k in tip top order (and probably not a less as it is )
