I have a 1962 Mini Cooper.
Built for the North American market.
Chassis # C-A2S7-L/213545
Original colour was Tartan Red and Black roof
Now has white roof and Deep Green body.
Left Hand drive.
I am trying to find out if there is an older US version
of a Mini Cooper registered on the road today.
My car was built in February 1962.
Thanks for any input.

Not an Austin or a cooper but a 1960 Morris Mini. Last restored in 1971 but had a recent respray. Registered for the road and my daily driver to/from work when the temperature is comfortable enough for me. Mostly from October to May. Virginia summers are just to hot to be in traffic without air conditioning. I met a gentleman with another 1960 Morris at a local mini gathering last November. We went on a nearly 250 mile drive with 7 other mini's.
