No it's not Cynthia, it's Harrison's car post it's second customisation maaan with a fan sat on the bonnet. Note the custom bumper arrangement which didn't make it onto the restored car as didn't the Cosmic wheels. (I think it's now got some hidious GB alloys on it)

It's still owned by the family. I think his son drove it at Goodwood in the mini parade in 2010

It may have had a famous owner, but it is truly hideous. Drugs I guess.

Oddly enough Paul's car GGJ382C which is another Morris Cooper S Radford has also lost its mk1 Cosmics and is on some type of Minilite. That one has the Aston back lights and I supplied a number of parts to get it correct, Benelite grille, 576 lamps, rear lenses etc and I even offered a set of wheels but the new owner (a Florida museum) was not interested. I guess that most people seeing the car would not know the difference.

That was 2009 and yes it was there though I do remember it was kept out of the way overnight due to it's priceless rarity which makes you wonder then why the hydro was also ditched when it was restored, you'd think someone would have made sure that car was spot on. Yes it's not something any of us would create today but in the late 60's and 70's people did alot of modding that we'd now consider bad taste. Ringo's wasn't the prettiest either, oh if only I'd had the cash when that went for auction....my dream car that one. I remember going to see it when it was in the Beatles museum and again Naylor's were doing it up.
