hello how rare is this wheel and what would it fit? 48 spline 14" thanks

I remember Springall Steering wheels from my younger days, I always wanted one, but something always got in the way financially, like achieving brakes & steering, of fixing something I had damaged! In that condition, complete with box I would consider it to be a rare item. I'm not too sure about the spline fitment, but back in the 1960's they were a very popular fitment in Lotus Cortinas, & the GT version, also I think early Escort Twin Cams.

Unfortunately I have no idea re the fitment of this particular wheel.

Beautiful Springall wheel!
You may be lucky to have a Mini fitment boss, if it was 48 splines and the spline hole 2cm diameter. Check it out mate!
