harrogate mega citroen show

been a bit weird in harrogate this week, it started on monday when i saw a few ds floating around, then a sm.
every day ive seen more and more, just driving around and parked up. it got so bad that i spent one night just sat on a bench watching them going past! - ive seen some super rare varients, from a pick up ds, to a four door sm - every one of the people ive spoken to in the cars have been friendly and keen to talk about the cars (although the dutch guy this morning struggled to understand why i was perving over his boggo visa )
with a bit of reserch i discovered that the international citroen meet is in town, a once in a four year gathering.
what is most amazing is that 1800 cars have booked into the campsite, never mind the ones on day tickets or whatever, it certainly makes the larger mini shows look tiny, and poorly organised!!
ive got a huge love for citroens, despite my saxo vts trying its very best to kill me, and have wanted a ds for years, frightend away by the horror stories of how rotton they are / can be.
i nearly decided to go to the show tomorrow, but decided that my feet, sanity and wallet would probably all suffer for it, so wisely have decided to stay away!!
heres some photos

day tickets are 12 quid (i think) if any one in local fancys going
(i know this isnt mini, but there are some seriously nice cars there!)
