Anyone know what this is for?
Bracket/washer of some sorts:
Waterpump-pulley:
Diameter:
Height is about 54mm or 2-1/4"

Water pump looks like an early type one

The water pump pulley is the late Cooper S type. Also used on some 1300 (GT?) I think.

the bracket is a sunvisor blanking plate from a poverty model...basic in bmc terms
