MOFFAT RUN 2012
what a brilliant weekend we had on our first outing ,since rebuild, took part in the 44 mile run,The weather was heavy rain, but it stayed dry for our picnic, was a we bit nervous,on the cars reliability as i had only done 20miles since full restoration but the we babe ran like a swiss watch, with 4 onboard, highly delighted .The sunday show was also a great success, alround we had a great time, looking forward to next year already.

Good to know that your first proper outing went without any dramas.
That's some wonderful countryside you have to go for a drive in.
Is that Griff Rhys Jones in the 3rd pic.?

Looks like a brilliant event!
I often find that I have the best time when things (like the weather) aren't too kind to me. When you expect little out of an event its always a real pleasure when everything goes well.

Re: MOFFAT RUN 2012
They are from an article my Pal Nigel did for Classic car mart. On top of the hills there were snow drifts level with the windows.
I'm lucky (like Captain) to have these roads practically on my doorstep. Shame I don't have a car to use on them these days!
But when it's finished it's just the place to thrash the Clubmans car of a sunday morning!
