Just seen in the latest Mini World mag that Somerford are producing a single skin A-Panel. Now, just a week ago I went down and bought a front panel (which is a standard panel with a mugged van grille, nothing like the original) and inner and out A Panels...
So if the 59-61 cars had a single A Panel, should a 1960 Van also have a single A Panel, and can somebody show me and tell me more about the construction?
Single skin a-panel?

Pretty sure it would be stronger, but it needs to be correct for the year :/
Odd floor, odd A Panels... Those 59-61 Mini's sure are a pest to restore!

Ok thanks, the Van currently has a double skin A Panel, it looks original and being December 60 that would seem correct.
