Another Steering Wheel Q.

I've googled long enough now and I still can't find any answers.
Can any of you learned folk put me out of my misery and put a manufacturers name to this steering wheel. I did think it was a Nardi, but nearly all Nardi wheels have slots rather than holes in the spokes.
It is 13" in diameter and the spokes are steel, not alloy.
Ta muchly.

It looks very English to me. Probably something like a Motolita, Mountney or suchlike.
Nardi's usually have a much smaller boss, and they rarely come in sizes smaller than 15 inches.

Astrali to me, some of them are stamped(early ones), the later ones are not.

I'm pretty sure - looking at the boss and the size of the holes that it's a Formula (or Formuling? - will check as I have a few), made in France in the early 80's. I went looking on the net a few years back and couldn't find anything on them.

I would agree with the folks who have suggested Astrali / Mountney.

Looks like a 13'' Formula.
The golden engraving in the bottom of the spoke is gone though.
If the boss fitting is square it is definitely a Formula.
