First one is a hs2 inlet
2nd one is for a weber carb, so you can just single side of it

someone had one on TMF using single side of the the weber

The bottom one could be a Maniflow inlet as used by the Mini Se7en guys.
They use one choke of a side draught weber.

I used to have a manifold the same as the bottom one on my 850 in 1968 and it came from Janspeed, not sure if I still have a picture of it but will have a look.

Agree, bottom one looks like a JanSpeed item, not sure about the one on top

The first one is not for HS2s, but for HS4s, look at the studs.

Agree with most of the above.
First one is probably a home brew manifold for an HS4.
The second one is definitely a Mini 7 manifold for one choke of a 45 DCOE that was probably made by Janspeed or Maniflow. Its more or less impossible to say which.
