the one owner 970s rebuild

Thought it was about time i let you all see the 970s
pulled from a lockup last november after 38 years, last taxed in 1973,
its a 1 small garage owner car with 24,000 on the clock, bodily had been played about with, but the rest is how it left the factory,
after stripping and shotblasting, nearly every panel required some work, but i was determined to use the original shell as all numbers were in place,
still all the hard work has been worth it and i'm glad to say the shell is now finished and i'm very pleased with the result,

Bloody Nora, that is some rebuild and what a fantastic job too, you have to be pleased with that. Just shows what can be done with some effort and dedication, well done that man.

My gob has been well and truly smacked.
That a serious example of a restoration. The end result is outstanding.
Mind you, I am rather partial to Almond Green and Old English white Minis.
