Smiths shop display board

I was offered one of these today, quite big, probably 700 x 900 or so,
Has about a dozen holes with most having a NOS gauge in there, it has a wooden frame with the card on the front, and the half a girls face on the left end.
Does anyone here have one? Are they rare and valuable?
