It's been along time I put some update here.

Last few weeks were busy weeks. Finding a lot of Rallycross history in the Netherlands. Meeting some people who were driver or team manager. Great to find a lot of photo's as well.
UHR850 thanks for the big input(video)

Thanks to Targa1967 my photo collection keeps growing. It's incredible what kind of photo's he has. Thanks Karsten.

I hope soon there will be time to update the website with photo's and results.

Furthermore I hope to get this week a collection of 40 year autosport magazine. Someone collected them in 40years he stopped. someone else got them anddidn't want them so next in line is me. Lucky me. So from around 1963/1965 till 2005 results I have to go through. What a hobby you can have

JC T ONE thanks for the info you send me by mail.

So keep sending in what you can find. Photo's Results what ever it's for use on the website it would be great you send it.

Greetings Roald

Hi :)

Mini,s won(again 8-) ) 10 days ago at CHGP 2010, and a Mini became Danish Champ in the 1965 class,
but on the sunday it went all wrong, in the 0-1300 upto 1971 class
the 2 Mini,s were fighting for 1st place, and just as one had overtaken the other, and gain the lead, did he hit the concrete
then it was easy for the last Mini to take the win-but NO--he overtook a car by one lap, but missed that he was still in the Yellow flagzone
so he was disqualified :(
but the Porsche in the 65 class, that raced on brand new AVON rain tyres, didnt loose his win

Again some interesting finds last weekend.

My dad made a photo some 40 years ago at the AVRO's Rally Cross. From then driver unknown. But this weekend someone gave me his collection of autosport memories. He collected them over a 40 years as well. And yes one of the photo's from a magazine there was this mini. The same mini as my father took 40 years ago. And with a name. That is a great find I think. For me it's special (my dad died to early some 10 years ago) to have this find.

As well an early shot of WXN700H, but in Cars and Cars Conversion painting. Some other rare pics in this collection. It's to bad I have to return the collection back to the owner. but first scan a lot of mini's. Some with name some without but a big input again for the website. Hope to upload these photo's asap.

@UHR850
Sunday at the clubdag minisevenclub Nederland I will bring a book with some of the photo's I have.

And soon on the website there will be a new part called: drivers -- for that you can bring your input yourself to: driver (at you know what)racemini dot nl

Hopefully that will be ready at the end of the week.

Great idea for a website! Have you got a copy of this great book?

It's been a while i've put an update here. But again last week made some progres on the website. Put some photo's of drivers on website. It's getting more interesting to browse around. Some nice photo's of Richard Longman. Added photo's from Russ Swift. New part is Cars by Reg. number. Have plenty more to come. But it takes a lot of time to put it where i't belongs.

Little question from here. Send me a photo of your racer and it will be put soon on the website.

Thanks.
