Looking at the spec sheet, and with an estimate of £7,500-£10,000, this looks like a bit of a bargain.

Also in the same sale with no reserve is this Mk1 (with Mk2 grille) at no reserve. That reg looks familiar.

the 970 belongs to a very well known rally man from wales, that car has done more rallies than the "works" cars put together , i hope it gives him a good price, certainly a most interesting car, and its owner is a most entertaining man, who still clerks brilliant welsh nidht rallies
