Classic car keys

Post by JC T ONE »

Nice to know that there are still companies/shops around, that can do you a new key 8)

http://www.dani.dk/

They cut them from the little numbers, stamped into the back, of the cast housing.

They have 724 million different key codes (strictly confidential) as the only company in the whole world, can they cut a key,
and send it to you, if you just Email them your lock number.

2 weeks ago, I went inthere, and had a new key cut for my glowebox lid.

Hope this can help someone, in the same situation I had.

The dutch site writes
"We cannot supply you with a transponderchip, because the code the chip needs to be programmed with is not stored in the lock. If your car uses a transponderkey, then you need to go to a cardealer."

The Danish site writes
"We have 8 electronic key cutting machines and 4 transponder machines."

Not to imply the Danish site will produce a transponder key for your 1962 Mini, but one never knows.
