Pedal Box bolts.

Of the 2 spare pedal boxes I have, both have knackered threads on the bolts for the cans.

So I have resigned myself to changing the bolts and weld in new ones where necessary.
My question is, are the bolts high tensile or standard.?

Grade 5 bolts medium tensile bolts (3 marks on the head) will be fine, 5/16" UNF.
